HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE ?
As soon as tracking is available for your order, you will receive an email with a link to track your package.
WHERE DO I FIND MY TRACKING INFORMATION ?
Every receives a confirmation number and tracking link via email after they order. However, you can always send us an email if you need any status updates!  
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS ?
For any issues with the delivery of your order, we are happy to help! Simply send us an email to support@medzou.com or contact us .
WHY WAS MY PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER ?
Most commonly, will mark packages as ‘returned to sender’ due to a possible issue with your address. If you see this status update on your tracking, please email us right away so that we may resend your order.  We are happy to accept your return or exchange within 30 days.Please read about our Return Policy. Please e-mail support@medzou.com when you are ready to proceed. 
CAN I REQUEST FOR MY PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED TO ME BY A CERTAIN TIME ?
We currently do not offer expedited shipping options, but will in the very near future! Be sure to join our mailing list to stay up to date on improvements & changes!

You do not need to sign for your delivery, as it is delivered by your local post office.

This status is usually placed on an order when customs is reviewing your shipment. (This applies to international orders only).
THE TRACKING SAYS THERE WAS A DELIVERY ATTEMPT MADE, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. NOW WHAT?
Please contact your local post office to schedule your next delivery attempt.

First, check with family and neighbors - many customers find they did receive their order. If you have double checked and still have not received your order, feel free to send us an email to support@medzou.com so we can make sure you receive your order.
